Helen Skelton's husband Richie Myler has broken his Instagram silence after the Countryfile presenter announced the end of their nine-year marriage earlier this week.
The rugby player, 31, has maintained a low profile since Helen, 38, told her followers their relationship had broken down.
But Richie was seen for the first time since he "left the family home" on Friday as he headed to Leeds Rhinos training ground ahead of the team's home game. He was not wearing his wedding ring.
