Helen Skelton has posed in a series of confident and beautiful bikini photos as she enjoyed some fun in the sun with her children.
Strictly Come Dancing runner-up Helen, 39, jetted off to the Canary Islands with her three children Ernie, Louis and daughter Elsie.
Mum-of-three Helen took some time to capture some photos and memories during the trip, which she later posted on Instagram.
The first snap sees blonde beauty Helene smiling while wearing a cute blue and white gingham pattern bikini, with hipster bottoms and a top which had spaghetti straps on.
Helen beamed for the snap as she held on to her baby daughter Elsie. She tied her blonde locks up in a high ponytail away from her face and shielded her eyes from the sun with a pair of sunglasses, which had a grey trim and dark grey lenses.
The Countryfile presenter ensured her daughter matched her as they posed poolside as the one-year-old was captured wearing a blue and white striped swimsuit with frills on the shoulders.
Little Elise also had an adorable matching sun hat as she lovingly clung on to her mum and looked towards the pool.
The second photo in the stream of pictures shared by Helen shows the mother and daughter once again, this time Helen is smiling while looking at Elsie while stood next to the pool.
The full-length shot gives fans a glimpse of Helen's toned and tanned abs and legs – no doubt helped by hours of dancing on the recent Strictly Come Dancing tour, during which Helen was snapped looking partied out as she snapped selfies by a bar.
Another photo shows the mother and daughter on a different day of their trip – as Elsie is wearing a pink swimming costume with bright blue spots on and Helen is crouched behind her, wearing a beige cover-up.
Elsie is smiling widely as the photo was captured while Helen is looking lovingly at her daughter while they play next to the paddling pool.
Meanwhile, Helen also shared an insight into what her sons Ernie, seven, and Louis, five, were up to on their trip as they were seen taking a dip in the pool with some pals.
Helen gushed over the quality time spent with her tots as she posted the string of photos and wrote in the caption: "Pool days [heart emoji] Grateful for this time. Grateful for this gang.
"Brought my tribe away to meet up with the fam on their hols … three adults nine kids what could go wrong," followed by a blushing emoji, heart eye emoji and crazy face emoji.
She then added: "these are the days [smiling face surrounded by hearts emoji]
"Can’t thank @thbhotels @onthebeachholidays enough … I have booked through them and stayed here a few times before so feeling very lucky that me and my three are back as their guests."
It comes after Helen credited Strictly Come Dancing for helping her "remember who she is" following her split from Richie Myler.
She end of her eight-year marriage to the rugby player in April last year.
Helen appeared on Loose Women and discussed her Strictly journey and how her professional dance partner Gorka Marquez helped her remember 'who I am'.
"In the first few weeks I didn't know how to own it and be sexy and sassy but then it got easier," she said.
"Then I stopped questioning it and I just stopped caring less. I was conscious it would be over in the blink of an eye so I just gave it my all."
