Ola Jordan has shared a jaw-dropping video of her husband James picking her up and twirling her around after the pair shed weight as part of an exercise and healthy eating overhaul. The former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancers beamed in clips posted on Ola's Instagram as James skillfully lifted his wife.
Ola wrote about their transformation: "James would definitely not have been able to do this six months ago! He couldn’t even pick up the shopping (funny that!) let alone me."
In another post Ola shared before and after pictures of herself posing in the same emerald green one-shoulder strap bikini as she marvelled about weight loss while saying her confidence is now "next level." "I can’t quite believe that was me a few months ago!" she wrote.

"As you know I wasn’t happy although I tried to pretend that I was. All I can say is these days I’m not turning down invitations to go out any more. My confidence is just next level now," she told her followers.
Proudly posting a collection of snaps displaying James' weight loss stage by stage, she gasped: "OMG! He really is the Incredible Shrinking Man!"
Ola added: "Funny thing is you don’t really notice it when you see someone every day. Which is why we were really keen to document our journey back to fitness with pictures. So when it got tough we could look back and see how far we’ve come. So yes James - now you can see your feet again when you’re standing up!"
The pair previously unveiled their new look with a a video clip shared on their Instagram pages showing them towards the camera as they appeared to drop six and a half stone in six seconds. Ola typed: "Hey watch us lose 6 1/2 Stone in 6 seconds!"
She explained about their weight loss: "It took a bit longer than that in reality - four months in total. Although the first two weeks were quite dramatic. We lost two stone between us in a fortnight. Pretty crazy eh?! But we had a lot to lose and you always lose more in the first couple of weeks."
James, 44, and Ola, 40, who have a two-year-old daughter Ella, say they they've lost their "mum and dad bods" doing the Dance Shred diet and fitness plan, which combines fitness moves with their favourite dance steps. In the first two weeks Ola lost one stone 2lbs and James lost 11lbs.
Strictly pro Neil Jones congratulated: "Well done both of you. You look incredible it always impressed me how you both can make massive transformations."
Former contestant Catherine Tyldesley applauded: "Guys!!! Motivation right there!! You both look amazing xxxx" emcash81 praised: "Wow you both look amazing." And Diversity dancer Perri Kiely wrote: "SMASHED IT."
The duo have been documenting their weight loss and have been shedding the pounds in time for Christmas. They previously confessed they have struggled to keep weight off following the birth of their daughter.
Sharing a shot of themselves by a pool, Ola wrote back in July: "Hi guys. I wasn’t going to post this picture but I’ve decided to because I’m horrified and so disappointed with myself and by posting it I’m hoping it will help motivate me to do something about it.
"Our friend took this snap of us yesterday trying to stay cool by the pool but OMG... it was a total shock to say the least! When did we get ‘mum and dad bods’ ????
Ola continued: "We know we’re not in our best Strictly shape but hey that’s what happens when you stop dancing for hours every day and have a baby," before teasing: "(I just want to know James’ excuse)."
Ola was a professional on Strictly Come Dancing from 2006 to 2015, and James starred from 2006 to 2013. In 2019 James won the 11th series of Dancing on Ice, where he was partnered with professional skater Alexandra Schauman.
