Haryana school principal arrested for sexual harassment suspended by education department

KAITHAL: The day after Haryana police arrested the accused principal in the sexual harassment case, education department placed the accused Ravi Kumar (54) under suspension.

Sudhir Rajpal, The additional chief secretary (ACS) issued an order of his suspension under rule 5 of Haryana civil services (punishment and appeal) 2016. During the period of suspension he will be entitled to subsistence allowance under rule 83 of Haryana civil services (general).
