Hailey Bieber slams fans for 'hateful' comments sent to Selena Gomez amid 'feud'

Hailey Bieber has been forced to speak out after her fans started leaving "hateful and mean" comments on Selena Gomez's social media pictures.

The Only Murders in the Building star, 30, took to Instagram on Monday to share a series of snaps from her recent trip to Paris.

In the pictures, Selena looked beautiful as she posed in the mirror while wearing a Christian Dior jumper and white pleated skirt.

While the post was liked by more than 7million people including 26-year-old Hailey, her fans weren't as kind in the comments.

A number of people, who claimed to be acting on Hailey's behalf, left hateful messages, as some people accused Selena of "having no style" and "playing the victim".

Taking to her Instagram Stories to condemn the trolling, Hailey wrote: "If you're leaving mean of rude comments on my behalf on anyone's posts just know that I don't want that, nor do I ever or will I ever support or condone hateful, mean, or nasty comments.

"Doing that is not supporting me. If you are participating in that you are part of a culture that I want no part of. Please be nice or don't say anything."

Selena has yet to address the nasty comments.

Aside from the trolls, Selena's post was inundated with praise from fans, with one person writing: "Legend? I think so!!!"

Another said: "LOVVEEEE THISSS," while a third fan added: "The most beautiful elegant princess."

It's not the first time Hailey and Selena have been forced to speak out about hateful comments their fans have send.

The pair were rumoured to have been feuding for years, but Selena hit out at the claims back in March.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Selena said: "Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity.

"This isn't what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying."

She then urged her fans to be "kind" and stop sending hateful messages, writing: "I've always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop."

Hailey then thanked the actress for speaking out and said they were looking at "how to move past this ongoing narrative between her and I."
