Art lovers are invited to comprehend the changing directions of Thai contemporary art during "Transverse: Navigating Emerging Thai Art", which is running at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok's Art Space by Moca Bangkok, until Sept 27.
This is a group exhibition by 17 Thai artists working across different generations, visual languages and ways of thinking. Their works move through different artistic languages -- from reflections on local experience and cultural traces to personal narratives, digital sensibilities and contemporary anxieties.
Together, they offer a focused view of artists working within a cultural landscape that is constantly being redefined.
