Ground set to be broken on new St Andrews development

St Andrews Fife Council

Construction of a new community in St Andrews is set to commence in September, after Fife Council granted planning consent.

St Andrews West (STAW) has evolved over many years, with the multi-million pound investment set to deliver employment opportunities both in the town and further afield.

The proposals form part of the wider St Andrews West masterplan, approved by Fife Council in June 2019. The overall development will ultimately comprise up to 900 new homes, along with university, business and employment land.
