A grieving wife has faced further devastation after finding out that a do not resuscitate order had been placed on her late husband's hospital file - without her permission.
Celia Jones was driving to visit husband Brian Boulton at the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport on September 27, 2017, when she found out over a call that she was too late and that her partner of almost 30 years was dead.
However, nothing could have prepared her for what was to come as the revelations surrounding her partner's death emerged, with Celia still left with a 'deep sense of injustice for Brian' five years on, Wales Online reports.
