A woman who works at Greggs has shared the one thing she says all customers complain about.
Bakery staff worker Ellie Thomas explained a lot of diners criticise the same things. Taking to TikTok, she shared some of the things customers do when visiting Greggs.
First, she explained how people always moan about the price of food, but typically order a huge amount. She also said people beg for steak bakes to be warmed up, Birmingham Live reports.
