A property in Rochdale has had a huge amount of interest after it was put on the market earlier this week. Andrew Kelly, one of the largest independent estate agents in the borough, listed the four-bed home in Hall Fold, Whitworth for sale on Tuesday, August 16 - and ever since it has been swarmed with attention.
The local estate agents say that the property has 'created a stir' in their office, with phones ringing 'non stop' since it has gone live. The firm also said that as of Friday, they already had more than 40 requests to view the home.
The characterful Moss Barn is a stone built detached home with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, therefore it is no surprise to hear it has been a hit with house hunters. The home will go to auction and has been listed with a guide price of £300,000.
