The Good Morning Britain panel shared tears of laughter as they discussed each other's most embarrassing moments.
Ben Shephard revealed he got a little bit too carried away over the most recent football news which saw Harry Kane solidify himself as England's all-time leading goal scorer, knocking Wayne Rooney off his pedestal with a new record of 53.
Ben was ecstatic to the point he walked into a lamppost the moment he found out. He admitted he was deeply embarrassed by the public mishap which provoked the rest of the panel to share their own stories.

Kate Garraway somehow managed to sidestep the conversation but quizzed panel regular Dr Amir Khan on his own. Prepping the panel for the worst, Dr Khan said: "I wasn't really going to tell this story but I've told it to the lady who rang me up.
"I was on a train down to London and I went to the loo but I forgot to lock the door. Some poor lady pressed the button and the door slid open while I was there but then I turned around in shock and sprayed the hallway."
Kate and Ben burst into hysteria as did the upcoming guests on the other side of the panel. Kate jokingly said: "That's the thing about doctors they face things head-on."
The panel delivered a handful of jokes at Dr Khan's expense before trying to gather themselves in order to progress with the programme.
