Frances Tiafoe has lit the fuse for an explosive showdown with Alex de Minaur, promising he will entertain fans and go after the local hero in their highly-anticipated Australian Open third-round battle.

The American showman will play the villain against de Minaur in front of a packed Rod Laver Arena crowd on Friday night.
