Former Gogglebox star Jonathan Tapper has unveiled his weight loss, after shredding just under three stone since suffering a health scare. His daughter, Amy, who also appeared on the Channel 4 programme, shared a before and after picture of her dad, looking dramatically different and showing his transformation.
The Tappers, which also saw Jonathan's wife Nikki and son Josh star on the reality TV series, were regulars on Gogglebox from 2013 to 2018. Posting on Instagram on June 7, his daughter Amy told her 78k followers how "proud" of her dad, The Daily Star reports.
She explained how and why they had decided it was "time to make a change" saying: "Back in 2019 dad was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes after the weight crept on and we decided it was time to make a change. Now Dad is feeling even more motivated than before and being active as well as healthy snacks on the go from the @musclefooduk Goal Getter plan has made it easy for him."
