The last month has seen Muslims in Glasgow and around the world go without food and drink from sunrise to sunset as they observed Ramadan but the holy month is coming to an end this week with a celebration known as Eid al-Fitr.
This is a time to celebrate the end of Ramadan with families gathering to exchange gifts, share food and pray together.
It's a joyful time where everyone is dressed in colourful clothes as they take time out of their lives to create special memories with their loved-ones.

With Glasgow being such a diverse and welcoming city, there's so much to do to celebrate Eid al-Fitr here.
For those looking for something to do chand raat (the night before Eid) you won't be disappointed with what Glasgow has to offer.
Though the date for Eid al-Fitr is yet to be confirmed, Bella Rose Hall, on Paisley Road West, will be hosting an Eid extravaganza on either the 20th or 21st April.
You'll be able to shop for clothes, jewellery, bags, toys, and much more including getting your mehndi (henna) done - and it's FREE entry.
The event will start at 3pm until late where you and your children will be able to munch on delicious foods while you shop for Eid gifts.
If that wasn't enough to peak your interests, all the money raised will go to Crookston Community Group (CCG) to put into their food bank and food share service for those who are struggling.
Nasreen Ali, Chairperson for the CCG, said: "We've been doing these types of Chand Raat events for about 11 years and it's to bring communities together regardless of what culture, faith or ethnicity you are.
"It's about being able to shop, feel inclusive and part of something. I am hoping it is busy because a lot of people have booked stalls and all money goes to our charity which allows us to carry on doing the food bank and food share that we do.
"My message for Eid would be take note of everybody and help everybody be it your neighbours or the person walking down the street. Say a kind word because one act of kindness can make a huge difference in someone's life."
