Duke Street in the east end of Glasgow remains closed as a major police incident is ongoing.
Emergency services are in attendance as the street is closed from Bellgrove Street to Whitehall Street.
The incident happened just before noon today (June 1). The nature of the event is unknown, however, reports say it may be a serious road crash.

Police cars, vans and an ambulance crew are at the scene, as police cordon off the area.
Drivers are warned to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Police have been called to a road crash on Duke Street, Glasgow and officers are at the scene."
