Does ghd offer free delivery?
Yes, ghd offers free delivery across the UK on all orders. Plus, if you place your order before 8pm, Monday-Thursday, they will automatically upgrade you to Free Next Day Delivery.
If you order after the cut-off times or on a weekend, your package will be shipped using their standard, free 2-to-3 working day delivery service.
What is the ghd return policy?
If you'd like to return your order, you can get a full refund within 21 days of purchase. To start a return, fill out the return form, which is included in your ghd product packaging. Customers will receive their refund within 14 days of receipt.
Note: Any custom-engraved or personalised stylers are considered bespoke and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty
Do ghd straighteners come with a warranty?
All ghd styling tools come with an official manufacturer’s warranty to protect against hardware faults, but the exact length depends on the model you buy.
The premium flagship straighteners, such as the ghd Chronos and the ghd Platinum+, come with an extended 3-year warranty.
Most of ghd's other tools, like the Original stylers, curling wands, and hot brushes, have a standard 2-year warranty, while the ghd Air hair dryer is covered for 1 year.
Do ghd straighteners turn off?
Yes, to prevent fire hazards and protect the internal hardware, almost all modern ghd styling tools have an automatic sleep mode that turns the heated plates off automatically when not in use.
