During a recent campaign event in Atlanta, Democratic Sen. Jon Ossoff and Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens highlighted the Biden administration's efforts to support Black-owned and small businesses, contrasting it with the policies of the previous administration.

Ossoff pointed out that under the current administration, Black business ownership has more than doubled. He criticized the prior administration for neglecting the agency responsible for ensuring equal opportunities for entrepreneurs in all communities.

Mayor Dickens echoed Ossoff's sentiments, praising the Biden-Harris economic plan for creating an environment where small business owners can thrive. He criticized the Trump administration for prioritizing tax cuts for the wealthy over supporting small businesses and families in need.

The Georgia leaders emphasized the importance of the upcoming election, urging voters to consider the stark contrast between the two administrations. They highlighted President Biden's infrastructure plan and manufacturing incentives as key drivers of economic growth and job creation in the state.

Ossoff drew attention to the events of January 6th, emphasizing the difference between the former president's actions and President Biden's commitment to democracy and economic progress.

As the election approaches, Georgia Democrats are making a strong case for the Biden administration's record on supporting small businesses and fostering economic growth. They are urging voters to consider the implications of their choice in November.
