Gemma Collins joyously danced on a glam boat in a leopard print swimsuit as she told her fans to "get the tunes on and strut your stuff."
The GC, 41, wearing large sunglasses, sashayed towards the camera and threw some fabulous shapes, throwing her arm back in a carefree manner, as the white boat sped through the sea.
Gemma looked amazing in her one-piece, and showed off her weight loss after after shedding around three stone following her time on Dancing on Ice in 2019.
Gemma wrote in the caption: "It’s THURSDAY we’re all making it through January!!!! And if your still eating beans and cheese on toast just enjoy it he he !!!! Wishing you a beautiful Thursday... get the tunes on and strut your stuff !!!! #yeahbaby."
The former TOWIE star was flooded in with supportive messages from her fans, with one person writing: "You look fabulous! Where’s the swimsuit from Gem? I love it! X x x."
Another fan said: "Gemma, you look amazing, love your confidence. X keep shining x"
The reality star is known for being candid about her weight and health, telling fans earlier this month she is she’s “scared” to weigh herself after overindulging over the festive period.
She vowed to drop the pounds by ditching junk food and getting her health back to the forefront of her mind – just weeks after she said she's 'made peace' with her body and explained why she refuses to lose any more weight.
Gemma suffered an "agonising" back injury recently which rendered her unable to workout.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star told how she hurt her back during a trip to Jerusalem last month with her husband-to-be Rami Hawash.
The injury was later diagnosed as a trapped nerve and has caused her no end of bother.
"Not only did we have a magical time, we went to Tel Aviv and me and Rami were all in love again," Gemma recalled.
"We've never not been in love, we're in love more than ever and we just really got connected.
"I did some really good stuff while I was there, from the nature side of things it was incredible.
"I ate vine leaves, hummus, falafel.
"Basically I probably whacked on, no joke... seven to ten pounds, even a stone.
"I'm scared to get on the scales, I refuse to get on the scales."
Despite not being able to get back into her fitness regime just yet, Gemma, who has PCOS and underactive thyroid, has set herself a new healthy eating plan instead.
"What I want to talk to you about is goal setting, in life it's good to have that vision of what you want to be or do," she explained to listeners on her GC podcast.
"I think January, February, March is a time where I certainly need to crack on and start doing my fitness and get some of this weight off."
