Gabriel Martinelli took to social media following his winner during Arsenal's 3-2 Premier League win away to Watford on Sunday afternoon.
The Gunners broke the deadlock after five minutes through Norwegian playmaker Martin Odegaard but the Hornets quickly fired back through Cucho Hernandez's acrobatic effort.
Hale End academy graduate Bukayo Saka then restored the lead for Mikel Arteta's side after half an hour before Martinelli fired in a powerful strike past a helpless Ben Foster.
Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko netted a second for Roy Hodgson's side in the dying embers of the game but the away side were able to hold on to clinch all three points.
Martinelli then went to Twitter to admit that he was over the moon to score the winner, which was the Brazilian's fifth Premier League goal this term - an impressive return when you consider he is still just 20-years-old.
His tweet read: "The best feeling", accompanied by a star emoji and a picture of him celebrating his goal.
The exciting youngster has also made it no secret of his desire to get into Brazil's first-team squad ahead of this year's World Cup in Qatar whilst also reiterating the need to end Arsenal's five-year UEFA Champions League hiatus.
"I'm working towards that, doing my best, so that Arsenal can qualify for the Champions League first and, consequently, get a spot in the World Cup," he told ESPN Brasil last week.
"It's every player's dream to play in a Champions League and World Cup. This season, I can compete for a spot in the Champions League and consequently win a spot in the national team.
"We always want more," he added when asked about Arsenal's current squad.
"Of course, Arsenal are a giant team. If I can, I'll stay here my whole life. I want to conquer things, I already said, I want to stay here and win titles, with this wonderful crowd, my teammates.
"We have a young group, we have a lot of time ahead of us, players with a lot of quality, I think we will achieve great things.
"Our focus [today] is the Champions League. Fighting for that top four. A club like Arsenal has to be in the Champions League. It's our total focus."
