Chelsea will be aiming to react to their defeat at the hands of Arsenal in mid-week with the visit of West Ham United to Stamford Bridge on Sunday. The Blues host the Hammers on the back of conceding four to the Gunners so will certainly be keen to get back on track this weekend.
The game against David Moyes’ men also gives Chelsea the chance to correct their stuttering form on home soil. The Blues have lost three out of their last four matches at Stamford Bridge - a run that has included heavy defeats of course to Arsenal, Brentford and Real Madrid.
It is certainly not going to be an easy task though, with the Hammers having put together an extremely impressive season this term. Despite an inconsistent spell over recent weeks, West Ham have been right in the battle for a top four place for the end of the season - and could yet well be rewarded with another European berth come May in what would be earned reward for their campaign thus far.
