A family claim they have been stuck living in an 'igloo' after their heating was switched off.
Joseph Grady, 28, explained his heating was turned off last week when the engineer deemed the boiler 'unsafe', but as temperatures plummet, he is still unable to turn his heating and hot water on, reports the Echo.
His family, which includes three children and his partner Louise Stockley say that they have had to spend four nights huddled together in the same bed just to keep warm. They've been without heating since since December 8 and a cold snap has since hit the UK.
