The employee, identified as Trevor Phillips, has accused Ye of engaging in severe discrimination, harassment, and retaliation during his tenure.
Phillips alleged that Ye made antisemitic comments, berated his employees, and expressed controversial intentions for the Donda Academy, a school founded by the rapper in honor of his late mother. The lawsuit detailed instances where Ye reportedly made derogatory remarks towards Jewish and LGBTQ+ communities, as well as exhibited discriminatory behavior towards Black employees.
