Former palace butler recalls meeting Queen’s corgis for the first time

A former butler at the Buckingham Palace fondly recalled Queen Elizabeth II’s love of corgis during Monday’s (12 September) episode of Good Morning Britain.

Martin Higgins was appointed to the palace staff when he was 21, after landing his dream job, and started just after Christmas that year.
