NEW DELHI: Former skipper Nitish Rana and last year's leading run-scorer in the Ranji Trophy, Dhruv Shorey, have applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the DDCA to play for other states during the upcoming domestic season.
The development was confirmed on Friday by DDCA joint secretary Rajan Manchanda, who also guaranteed that both cricketers will be spoken to and given a patient hearing to determine why they have made such a decision.
