Flights from Cardiff Airport to Belfast have been suspended for a further three months, Eastern Airways has confirmed.
The route was restored in May 2021, however in January 2022 the airline made the decision to suspend the service until early March.
Passengers have now been informed however by the airline that the service suspension will continue until the beginning of June.

In an email sent to those already booked onto flights, they said: "The demand for this route, in particular business related travel has not returned to the level we expected in order to maintain a financially sustainable service.
"We have therefore taken the difficult decision to suspend the route from 11 March to June 5, 2022 and your booking has been cancelled."
This extension will see the route between Cardiff and Belfast closed for a total of six months.
Customers have been asked to rebook their flights for a time after June 5, or to apply for a refund.
Cardiff's air service connection to Northern Ireland was restored last year having been vacant since the collapse of Flybe in 2020.
At the time Spencer Birns, CEO at Cardiff Airport, said he was "delighted" to see the route reintroduced, adding that it was "an important connection for customers travelling for business and to visit friends and relatives".
Roger Hage, general manager of Eastern Airways, added "As the UK’s regional airline already serving all four home nations connecting Belfast to Cardiff as passenger confidence returns is critical to supporting the tourism and business sectors and helping people unite with families again.
“Eastern Airways is all about supporting the regions of the UK, connecting people and places, so adding further services at hubs we already serve is another crucial part in the economic recovery and prosperity of Wales and the Island of Ireland.”
