In the footage the woman - who has not been publicly identified - let passengers aboard a recent Spirit Airlines flight from Dallas, Texas to Los Angeles, California, know her feelings as she joked about fictional fees.
"No, we do not have sockets for you to charge up your phones because if we did, we will charge you," she is heard telling the passengers.
