Five DWP Universal Credit, PIP and benefit changes announced in the spring budget

Universal Credit DWP Jeremy Hunt Job Centre

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt confirmed a number of changes for those on Universal Credit, PIP and other benefits on Wednesday.

The politician delivered his spring budget 2023 with a lot of measures aimed to get people back into work. A number of changes will be coming into play soon and some are to be introduced gradually.

Specifically, the Chancellor will target parents, older people and those off work with disabilities. The Chancellor also announced changes to pensions, petrol, childcare and pubs.
