A revolutionary test to improve the early detection of dementia and Alzheimer’s has been given a £1.5 million (over $1.9 million) funding boost.

The money has been awarded to the universities of Bath and Bristol to support the development of a test that hopes to detect these neurological diseases earlier than ever before.
