However, despite being much comfier, going braless is not always the practical option. But what if you could wear a bra without actually wearing a bra?

Well it turns out you can, and women of all ages are going mad about it. Uniqlo's bra top range is quite literally a bra and a top all in one. The cups and bra are built into the clothing so there's no straps or clasps or underwire digging in.
The ribbed cropped sleeveless bra top has caught the eye of many a fashion fan on TikTok recently, with people describing it as a 'game changer'. Some have even gone as far as saying it is 'life changing'.
One video by user Loumayyy is a stitch with the original TikTok, posted by Hypebae writer and trends enthusiast Navi Ahluwalia.
In it, she gives a review of the £19.90 top, saying it is the 'smartest thing I've ever seen'.
"I'm obsessed, I feel like maybe I wouldn't go running in it but for everyday, for going to the pub, yes, yes, yes, yes and I feel like in the summer it's going to be so much easier."
And followers appear to agree.
Commenting on the video, Lauren replied: "This is the best thing I’ve ever been influenced to buy thank you for changing my life."
Kelsey added: "I just brought 2 of them today and they are the best things ever."
Jade posted: "I need this," with Claudia Phipps adding: "I instantly bought some because I hate bras."
Kathy F wrote: "Definitely gonna get a few for summer especially as I hate wearing a bra," with another user agreeing, saying: "I’ve been influenced I hate bras."
The ribbed cropped sleeveless bra top is available in four colours - orange, off white, black and blue. Sizes range from XXS to XXL.
There are 12 different styles of top in their bra range including camisoles.
