Knowledge is power and the greatest asset you can acquire in order to compete for a fantasy football championship.
Here's your 2022 preview of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the 16th of 32 team profiles during draft season:
— 2022 Fantasy MVP: Leonard Fournette, RB
A late-season hamstring injury kept Fournette (ADP: 25) from achieving a top-five overall fantasy finish in 2021. I don't believe his role in this offense will change much, so it's fair to expect a season in the realm of 1,600 total yards, 60-plus receptions and double-digit touchdowns.
— 2022 Fantasy Sleeper: Russell Gage, WR
I tend to target good receivers who end up with upgraded situations at quarterback. Gage (ADP: 121) fits the bill. From Week 12 on, he was WR10 in PPR formats with 39 receptions for 500 yards and two touchdowns for a depleted Falcons team. There should be plenty of targets to go around, especially if Chris Godwin isn't ready to go to start the season or has a setback at any point.
— 2022 Fantasy Bust: Tom Brady, QB
What? Am I supposed to say a 45-year-old quarterback will repeat arguably the best statistical season of his storied 22-year career? None of this makes sense so I'll place a bet on Father Time possibly evening the score. Even if he does, I can't imagine Brady completely falling off a cliff at this point.
— 2022 Fantasy Rookie to watch: Rachaad White, RB
If you draft Fournette, selecting White (ADP: 128) would be a prudent guard against losing a potential elite workload if something happens to Lombardi Lenny.
