Fans are currently soaking up the atmosphere as Elton John performs at Anfield Stadium.
The Rocket Man singer is on a mammoth Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which also includes two dates at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena next year. Elton kicked off his show at 7pm at Anfield with many fans securing tickets to see him inside.
But fans who didn't manage to get tickets have made sure they haven't missed out on listening to the Candle In The Wind singer's greatest hits. Sitting in Stanley Park and Garden, which is behind the stadium, fans have gathered with friends and family for a picnic and some drinks while listening to Elton perform.
