This Morning viewers have shared their thoughts on Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's onscreen chemistry amid rampant feud rumours.
The pair have been surrounded by controversy around their friendship in recent days, following claims that Holly has distanced herself from the 61-year-old.
Holly has reportedly cut all ties with her former best mate after he issued a statement regarding their friendship, which claimed things "haven't been easy" for the pair.
Despite their fall from grace, the pair have continued presenting This Morning together and appeared on Tuesday's segment of the show- and it seems to be business as usual as the duo plaster on a smile.
However, fans aren't convinced and have taken to social media to share their views.
@matthewsil22662 said: "Holly and Phil is like watching a slow divorce but they are staying for the sake of the kids #ThisMorning"
@philstoke added: "There's no chemistry today I feel between [Holly] and philly #ThisMorning not friends".
@Thatsgrandnow chimed: "Day time TV needs a blood good shake. Get rid of #ThisMorning Holly and Phil, cringy"
Bosses are reportedly prepared to sack Phillip if he and Holly's on-screen chemistry appears different for viewers and sources claim a replacement is already lined up for the position.
While Phillip is reportedly aware of the public's opinion of him, sources claim he is prepared to "tough it out".
They duo were close friends for several years after becoming work pals but it's since emerged that Holly and Phillip have cancelled family trips together.
Bosses are believed to be holding key meetings in the coming days to discuss his future on the show, with reports suggesting his last appearance could be in the coming weeks.
