A pub in Mansfield is undergoing a huge £115k refurbishment which will ‘breathe new life' into the venue. The Golden Eagle, on Oakleaf Close, closed on April 11 for two weeks to undergo an exciting transformation.
Work is taking place on the interior of the pub which is set to suit all occasions, from ‘casual lunches’ to special celebrations. The family-friendly pub will reopen with a brand new look on Monday April 24.
The new revamp will see new tables in the grown-up bar area as well as a new menu full of pub favourites.

Pubgoers will be able to find the pub classics on the menu alongside loaded Fries with spicy pulled pork, nacho cheese sauce, BBQ sauce, crispy onions and chopped chives.
Liam Bastable, General Manager of the Golden Eagle, said, “We are so excited to announce that the Golden Eagle will be receiving a refresh.
"We have invested over £100k into breathing new life into our pub, which is much loved by its regulars. We can't wait to welcome everybody back.“
