An ex-Love Island star has spoken out about a traumatic day in the villa that involved a fan-favourite task - which apparently has a grim twist behind the scenes.

Shaughna Phillips, a contestant from Winter Love Island’s 2020 season, described the ‘vile’ day that left her balling crying from afternoon to evening.

The 26-year-old was interviewed on the 'Should I Delete That' podcast where she revealed a number of grim secrets from the show.
