A woman put her six stone weight loss down to stress before getting a devastating cancer diagnosis. Ann Coates, 48, was taken to hospital in September after experiencing severe pain in her abdomen.
She had dropped six stone – from 134kg in January to 102kg by the time she was in hospital – which she had put down to stress. But medics told her she had cancer in both her uterus and the back wall of her uterus.
