Everton fans have expressed their irritation over the club’s lack of transfer activity as the clock ticks away on deadline day.
The Blues are yet to sign a player in the January window. Rumours have been swirling over various potential new signings tonight, but as of yet no new arrival has been announced by the club.
New Everton boss Sean Dyche was officially confirmed as manager yesterday. However, it remains to be seen whether or not he will have any new recruits as he begins the battle to climb the table.

A host of players have been linked with Everton in recent hours. Nicolo Zaniolo, Andre Ayew, Michy Batshuayi, Lucas Joao and Beto have all been credited as possible targets by various sources.
Everton are now the only club in the top flight not to confirm any January incomings.
Here is a round-up of what Everton supporters are saying on social media as the transfer deadline of 11pm nears...
Benj: “Feel sorry for Sean Dyche here, been let down massively by everyone above him, we all know he relishes a challenge but if he pulls this off and keeps us up it’s a miracle. Unfortunately [it’s] down to the fans once again to try everything to save the club.”
Everton Extra: “After Sambi-Lokonga’s move to Crystal Palace, Everton are the only team in the bottom half to have not signed a player.”
Kyle: “If Sean Dyche keeps us up this season, build him a statue.”
Harj B: “Absolutely nothing is happening at Everton.”
Keith Sweeney: “Can Everton just come out and say we’re buying no one so I can turn Sky Sports off.”
Ross Starmer: “Knew what was needed from 1st Jan and once again were scrapping around on deadline day in desperation for anything. Club is a total mess!”
Ell Bretland: "We’ve been football fans a long time. We all know one tiny spark can change an entire season. It’s sometimes as minute as one single moment. The insignificant can become significant. And Everton have done nothing to the squad to positively affect their position."
Callum: "To see a club the stature of Southampton steal all of Everton’s transfer targets truly marks an all-time low for the club, who seem resigned to fall into the Championship with a whimper. Sean Dyche simply has to work miracles with this squad, or there’s no chance."
