Nottingham Forest supporters are calling for Morgan Gibbs-White to get an England call-up after his brilliant display against Leicester City on Saturday.
Both teams created decent chances in the first half, but the game was goalless going into the break. It took until the 55th minute for the deadlock to be broken, but even then it wasn't clear if a goal had been scored.
Brennan Johnson put the ball in the net, but he was ruled offside. However, following a check by the VAR the goal was given and Forest took the lead.

The Foxes had a lot more possession, but Harvey Barnes missed two great chances and they were made to pay for those misses by the hosts. Morgan Gibbs-White spun Wilfred Ndidi and played it to Johnson with a brilliant outside-of-the-boot pass, who carried it down the right before finishing into the far corner with six minutes to go.
Reds fans took to Twitter afterwards to sing the praises of Gibbs-White and make the case to Gareth Southgate that he should be in the next squad for the Euro 2024 qualifiers in March. Here is what some of them were tweeting:
Richard Erwin-Jones: Great #nffc performance with 2 superb goals from Brennan to give us a massive 3 points. Importance of that win emphasised by extra fist pump from Steve Cooper.
David Bullin: Should Morgan Gibbs-White be sniffing the England Squad? #nffc
Nathan Joyes: Morgan Gibbs-White plays for England and it’s a hill I’m willing to die on. #NFFC
Scotty Knowles: Yates and Gibbs-White will finally bring football home for England.
Richard Ottaway: Morgan Gibbs White, he does what he likes, another 2 assists for the salty Wolves fans to enjoy on motd tonight. Soon be in the England team.
CB: Serge Aurier, Renan Lodi, Morgan Gibbs-White, Brennan Johnson, Sam Surridge, Jack Colback - truly superb today #nffc
Lee Clark: Imagine digging out the owners son for signing Serge Aurier. What a player. @Morgangibbs27 is class, he plays for England at some point in his career. Outstanding! #NFFC
Connor: Colback and Surridge were immense when they came on. Having a focal point up top made it so much better getting us up the pitch #nffc
Callum Castel: Can anyone explain to me how Morgan Gibbs-White cleared the ball with a bicycle kick, picked it back up, danced through Leicester’s defence, and then assisted Brennan with the outside of his foot? And people laughed about his price tag?
Kevin Bushell: I’m seeing fans say we owe Johnson an apology I won’t say sorry there’s been loads of times in games he’s fluffed it and today he was excellent and got the goals, so fair play to him he’s just gotta carry on like that now!
Ellie Wilson: Just can’t get enough #nffc
