Adam Thomas shared his excitement about finally getting his dream family home.
The Emmerdale actor posted an adorable video on Instagram that showed his wife, Caroline, getting emotional at the news. On the phone with what is assumed to be an estate agent, the couple received word their dream home is finally theirs.
The video, shot in black and white, remains muted with only Empire of the Sun's Walking On A Dream playing over it. The lengthy caption said: "Does anyone else go on Rightmove flicking through houses you can’t afford … thinking one day!!

"Well that’s what I and @carolinethomas23 do but one day we decided to go and view one, with no intentions of actually buying it haha but we fell in love!!!! One hour later we put an offer in… a few days later they accepted the offer!!
"It was repossessed… so we had to find the money and a mortgage in 21 days!!! We didn’t think it was possible!!! Well, it was!! Not gonna give too much away just yet…but here’s the moment we found out we were getting the keys and showing lil Ted his new room!!
"This year has been the craziest year of my life and I'm very aware of how lucky I am, and I know my luck is going to run out soon… but until it does am gonna enjoy every minute of it!!"
Adam recently let slip he would be appearing on the next series of Strictly Come Dancing. In a previous interview, the 33-year-old said he was ready to dive in head first and take on everything the show has to offer.
