Emmerdale fans 'suss out' Mac and Chloe baby twist as viewers complain

Emmerdale fans think they've sussed out a potential twist between Chloe Harris and Mackenzie Boyd.

Taking to social media on Friday evening, many viewers shared their theory that Mack isn't the biological father of his and Chloe's son Reuben. This comes after Mack was recently cleared for the attempted murder of Caleb Milligan and returned to the Dales to make amends with the other villagers.

Caleb woke up and realised that he needed to change for the sake of his son, he told the detectives in charge that it was an accident, preventing Nicky from going to prison and saving Mack at the same time. Mack started his conversation with Chloe by revealing his plans to get shared custody of Reuben, before the chat got steamy.

The couple soon reunite following Mack's flattery, but viewers were left rolling their eyes at the scenes. Following Mack and Chloe's reunion after his spell in jail, viewers were theorising that baby Reuben isn't actually Mack's as they told him to take a DNA test for his young son.

Taking to Twitter to rant, one user said: "I bet that kid isn't Mack's and he'll drop Chloe like a hot potato.(She'll turn out to be a bunny boiler)," as another commented: "We all know Chloe is a bunny boiler"

A third tweeted: "please Chloe is so irritating get rid and put Charity back with Mack they can bring up Reuben XN," while another said: "Mac seriously needs to get a DNA before doing any madness with Chloé."

Another theorised: "Perhaps he's going for joint custody and secretly waiting for Chloe to slip up and then him and Charity can go for full custody," while someone else added: "Run for your life, Mac!"

Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
