Nottingham Forest have been criticised for an "embarrassing performance" as they lost 4-0 away at West Ham on Saturday afternoon.
Goals from Danny Ings (x2), Declan Rice and Michail Antonio subjected Forest to a heavy defeat, adding to the team's poor away record this season.
While some fans are being heavily critical, others are looking for perspective and taking into account that it is the Reds' first season back in the Premier League, which would always have proven difficult. Below is a look at how some Forest fans have reacted to the result.

@topcatffs: We give the ball away too easily. We don’t create through midfield and Wood too slow up top. An afternoon to forget.
@Arjun_Johal5: Embarrassing performance. Deserved to lose and if we keep playing like this away from home, it doesn't matter what we do at the City Ground
@richardaylin: Ok. So a bad day at the office. The bile from the armchair “experts” is incredible. Our first season in the Premier League was never going to be easy. If we finish 17th, that will be fine. Some people need to chill
@GREENYPUNXI: Not even bothered I can’t get ticket to away games
@_Dunningjames: Forest are not down off of one result, we were never up after the City game. Huge mess today, but these games happen - next game against Everton is massive!
@billio51: Wow Cooper got it wrong today didn't he? Next game is massive now
@RichoCOYR: The only positives about today is that the game's over and the teams around us havent done too great either.
