Which? found nine phone chargers were so badly manufactured that anyone using them was at risk of an electric shock - (PA)

Phone chargers sold by major online retailers such as Amazon, B&Q and eBay could electrocute users and explode, a consumer watchdog has warned.

Which? tested 15 USB phone chargers bought from seven online marketplaces, finding nine were so poorly manufactured they could deliver an electric shock. Eight of the chargers also posed fire and explosion risks.
