My Lady Jane star Edward Bluemel has transformed into Agatha Christie’s beloved detective Hercule Poirot for an upcoming BBC series.

The English actor, 33, will star as the Belgian detective in the six-part series Hercule, which has been described as an “intimate study” of the character’s first cases in London before he rose to prominence.
