Edinburgh hotel hits back after English guest rages at view from £370-a-night room

A disgruntled guest has had a pop at the plush Scotsman hotel in Edinburgh after their stay failed to live up to expectations.

The dissatisfied English customer posted to popular website TripAdvisor, calling out the hotel for lack of quality and uninterested employees. The reviewer also included that the hotel was "not worth the price tag" and that it was an overall "awful experience".
