Edinburgh fixer upper flat on sale for only £100k - but needs a serious makeover

Property prices in Edinburgh often mean you would be pushed to find a new home for under £100,000, at least not anywhere near the city centre.

However, a one-bedroom flat has recently hit the market for exactly that price tag, and it's only a few minutes in the car away from central Edinburgh. Located in Meadowbank on Cambusnethan Street, the first floor property comes with some sizeable rooms, a nice outlook and great transport links to the rest of the city.
