EastEnders spoilers: Tina Carter's body finally found - turning family's world upside down

It's been over a year since Tina Carter went missing, with her family assuming that she had run away to escape being prosecuted for the attack on Ian Beale.

But the Carter family will be left utterly devastated next week when her body is finally discovered, and little do they know that they have been chatting to her murderer over the last 12 months...

Next week, Mick is upset when he receives divorce papers from Linda, which he tries to ignore and instead practices for the boxing match that Janine has set up.

In a bit to help him out, Janine and Shirley take action, with Shirley flirting with his competitor Teddy, hoping that they will go easy on Mick.

Tina Carter was murdered by Gray Atkins (BBC/Kieron McCarron/Jack Barnes)

The fight commences, but Mick gets off to a bad start, with Nancy and Zack later making an appearance.

Yet none of the family are prepared for the horrifying news that awaits them.

DCI Arthurs arrives on their doorstep and reveals that Tina's body has been found in the Argee Bhajee.

Their world is turned upside down as they are left reeling from the news that Tina is dead, but Shirley is determined to find out the truth.

Mick and Shirley are devastated after finding out about her death (BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)

Suspicious, she tells DCI Arthurs that Tina had been taking money from her and that Gray saw her on the bus.

Shirley and Mick continue to process the news as Frankie finally return to the Square.

While the Carters are unaware of who murdered Tina, viewers have known all along that Gray brutally killed her after she discovered that he killed his wife Chantelle.

Since then, Gray has gone on to kill Kush Kazemi, attempted to kill his children and Whitney Dean, and abuse his current wife Chelsea.
