Thousands of people have signed a petition to save a regional airport after its owners announced it may no longer be commercially viable.
Doncaster Sheffield Airport's owner, the Peel Group, has launched a "review of strategic options" this week, one of which being that it could shut down.
The airport has released a statement on Twitter, reassuring holidaymakers that it will operate as normal during the review, and that passengers should arrive and check-in as usual.
