
A judge has delayed sentencing Donald Trump for his hush money conviction until after November's presidential election.
Lawyers for the former president have used several legal manoeuvres to delay the sentencing, which was scheduled for 18 September - seven weeks before polling day whenTrump is standing as the Republican candidate.On Friday, Justice Juan Merchan delayed the sentencing to 26 November, several weeks after the final votes are cast.
