US President Donald Trump was seen with a red rash on the side of his neck during a Medal of Honor ceremony on Monday. The mark led to fresh questions about his health.
In a statement, the president’s personal doctor, Dr Sean Barbabella, said the rash was caused by a cream being used as a “preventative skin treatment,” CNNN reported. The statement did not mention the reason for the treatment.
