The Miami Dolphins have a number of players who have done incredible work off of the field and have a great personal story, and fullback Alec Ingold is one of the leaders in both of those categories.
Ingold has become an inspiration for his teammates, like Raheem Mostert, and coaches, like Eric Studesville, who look up to the way he works each and every day.
On top of the impressive plays that Ingold makes week in and week out on the field, he does great work with the Ingold Family Foundation. All of that has led to his nomination for the Walter Payton Man of the Year award.
Before the award is given out on Thursday night, the Dolphins put together a nice video about his story.
Ingold is a shining light in South Florida, and if the Dolphins can add more players like him to their locker room, they’d be extremely lucky.
