Do ‘natural Ozempic’ pills really work? I tried them — here’s what happened

I am a 26-year-old man who works in fashion. A little subtext for this sentence: in the GLP-1 injectable era in which we live, almost everybody I interact with either a) fat jabs themselves —with Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic — you name it, b) has recently stopped jabbing themselves, for whatever reason, and is now regaining, or fearing they will regain, the weight they shed or c) keeps themselves up at night wondering whether they really should just give in, start jabbing themselves and kick the extra pounds their Third Space membership simply cannot push. The front rows in Paris had halved in dress size back in September 2023, so by now these conversations have become pretty tedious.

That was up until this month, however, when a grand discovery flipped the monotonous chatter on its head. That is when I — someone who naturally has a slim enough build to reject the jabs, but with the odd bulging pocket of excess body I wouldn’t mind ditching — took the plunge, and began ingesting eight “natural Ozempic” pills, from Elcella, a day. I’ve been truly shocked by the results.
